Nathan Back was born and raised in British Columbia and has been working with his hands and solving problems from an early age. By his teens, he was repairing small engines, cooking, and managing finances, laying the foundation for a lifelong career in the trades.
Since beginning his construction career in 1988 with Redekopp Construction in Abbotsford, BC, Nathan has gained extensive experience in construction, welding, heavy-duty mechanics, plumbing, insulation, flooring installation, sales, and home deconstruction. He has also renovated three homes of his own, giving him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build, maintain, and restore a property. Now living in Holland, Manitoba with his wife Irene, two children, a dog, and two very opinionated cats, Nathan brings decades of practical experience and a keen eye for detail to every inspection. He approaches each home as if it were his own family's, providing thorough, honest, and professional evaluations.
