"Know What You're Buying BEFORE You Own It"
Born and raised in British Columbia, Nathan Back says he's been working with his hands and solving problems since he could walk. Starting his first job (delivering newspapers) at age 10, by the time he was a teenager, he was already cooking, repairing small engines, and balancing a chequebook.
Nathan's early years were filled with hands-on experiences—from construction to welding, and heavy-duty mechanics. "I’ve worked everywhere from gas stations to lumber yards, and held long-term roles in construction, sales, plumbing, insulation, and certified flooring installation. I even spent years deconstructing and salvaging homes, giving me an eye for both structural issues and hidden potential". Nathan officially started his construction career in 1988 with Redekopp Construction in Abbotsford, BC. Since then, he's framed homes, installed spray foam insulation and renovated three homes of his own—" I know firsthand what it takes to build, maintain, and restore a property." Now based in Holland, Manitoba with wife Irene, two kids, a dog, and two very opinionated cats, Nathan brings a lifetime of hands-on know-how and a practical, down-to-earth approach to every inspection. "Whether it’s a century-old farmhouse or new construction, I inspect homes the way I’d want them inspected for myself or my family—thoroughly, honestly, and with an eye for detail."
